Ham made from selected fresh pork legs, worked with care and craftsmanship. The addition of flavorings and the dry cooking process at elevated temperatures, make the product master of a goodness. The taste is mild, slightly smoky. The small bone inside suggests a cutting by hand. Size 8 Kg. (One piece per carton).
