was founded in 1982 by an outstanding artisian from Marino Sorrentino, who was a master in the art of preparing cured meats. The art was then handed down from father to the son Giovanni. The combination of tradition and technology are the major skills of this company.
The ancient knowledge of selecting only the best meats, following each step personally to the point of perfection (from the initial step to the final drying of the meats) and the computerized system that controls the drying of the meats and the respectful atmosphere, all add to the excellence of the final product.
