Very sweet product, it reaches a seasoned weight of about 4,0 Kg. Sold vacuum packed.
Also available with pepper, or with chilli pepper, or smoked, whether asked.

Bacon with Coppa

Made out of bacon, with or without fat, it holds in its inner part a rolled up coppa, previously salted.
After the binding, it is made into sausages and again dried.

Fillet or Lonzino

It is a very lean and sweet product, made into sausages in a natural bowel, and has a speckling of about 2,5 Kg. Also available in pieces vacuum packed; weight on request.

Loin or Coppa

Made into sausages in a natural bowel, well seasoned, it reaches the speckling of about 1,5 Kg.
Also available in half, vacuum packed.
