Characterised by peppercorns added and by a lean
kneading. It has a 2,0 Kg. speckling.
Magretta Rolled up Bacon
A type of "Magretta" bacon, produced with lean
meat, very sweet to the taste. It has a seasoned
weight of about 2,0 Kg.

Bacon
Very sweet product, it reaches a seasoned weight of
about 4,0 Kg. Sold vacuum packed.

Bacon with Coppa
Made out of bacon, with or without fat, it holds in its
inner part a rolled up coppa, previously salted.
After the binding, it is made into sausages and again
dried.
Fillet or Lonzino
It is a very lean and sweet product, made into
sausages in a natural bowel, and has a speckling of
about 2,5 Kg. Also available in pieces vacuum
packed; weight on request.
Loin or Coppa
Made into sausages in a natural bowel, well seasoned, it reaches the speckling of about 1,5 Kg.
