"Castel Di Septe" Schinken
Peculiar ham, freshly processed and boned. Sweet to
the taste, made excellent by the low waste.
It looks already ready for slicing. Its weight varies from
5,2 to 6,0 Kg. Vacuum packed only when it reaches
the right point of seasoning.
"Riserva del Duca" culatello
The "Riserva del Duca" is a classical culatello and
therefore represents the best part of the ham, the
valuable one, for fine palates.
With about 5,5 Kg. of speckling, it is available with pork
fat or vacuum packed without the shell-like bone – little hip - that makes easier the processing.
"Gran Sasso Oro" Schinken
National product, with bone, dedicated to the ham
connoisseurs, because handslicing fits it perfectly.
Very sweet, with a speckling not lower than 9,0 Kg, it
has at least a guaranteed seasoning lasting 15 months.
It is available also boned, whether asked.
Räucherschinken
Seasoned at high height. Whoever tastes it, seems
to smell scents of larch, fir and maritime pineforests. Seasoned for about 5 months, it weights 2,5
Kg. and looks elegant in its half vacuum packing.
Abruzzischer Fiocco
It is produced with a part of swine's thigh. Once
steeped with pepper and aromatic herbs from
Abruzzi, it gains a delicate taste. Seasoned for 4
months, it weights 1,8 Kg.
